The World Restaurant Awards is proud to be working with the Singapore Tourism Board, where Singapore will be the Official Culinary Destination Partner of the Awards.
The partnership is an intuitive collaboration between the Awards and the Singapore Tourism Board, reflective of the ground-breaking premise of The World Restaurant Awards; which celebrates cuisine as culture during the world’s first televised culinary awards ceremony.
The partnership will highlight the incredible food culture of Singapore and its role as a leading destination for food and drink lovers from across the world. Chefs, mixologists and leading figures from the restaurant industry will create collaborative menus for attendees during the inaugural World Restaurant Awards, taking place in Paris on 18 February 2019.
Following the Awards ceremony, Singapore will be the first country to host the World Restaurant Awards Dining Series; an exclusive series of bespoke dining experiences celebrating world-leading chefs and restaurants, set in iconic locations.
The Singapore Tourism Board and the World Restaurant Awards will also be joining forces to create an innovative talent exchange program, where the brightest young culinary stars from Singapore and a collection of shortlisted restaurants will swap places to inspire one another across countries, cuisines and disciplines within the world of food and drink.
